Lost and found for hospitality

Found items, back with the people who lost them.

pidglie is a lost-and-found service for hotels, venues and transport operators. Staff log what they find, match it to the guest who lost it, message them, and ship the item home with a paid label.

Reference 0418 · Grey wool scarf · Shelf B

Who it is for

Any place where guests leave things behind.

How it works

Three steps, from the lost-and-found shelf to the guest's door.

  1. Step 1: Log the item

Staff photograph the item, describe it briefly and note where it is stored. It gets a reference number, and the property can find it again in seconds.

  2. Step 2: Match and message the guest

Staff connect the item to the guest who lost it and send them an email from the property. The guest replies to the property, not to us.

  3. Step 3: Ship it home

The guest gets one payment link, confirms a delivery address and pays. The property prints the prepaid label, packs the item and hands it to the carrier.

Payments

Your fee, one link, and the money where it belongs.

  • You set the service fee

Each property decides what it charges a guest for a return, on top of the carrier's price. Set it once in your settings, change it when you like, or waive it to nothing.

  • One payment link to the guest

The guest receives a single payment page for the whole return: the carrier's price, your service fee and pidglie's fee, each on its own line. Their card is charged only once the shipping label has been bought.

  • You are paid what you are owed

pidglie collects the payment and pays your property the service fee it earned on every shipment. No invoice to raise, nothing to chase, and the carrier is already paid.

Why you may have heard from us

pidglie never contacts a guest on its own. Every message comes from a property you visited, about a specific item they found. There is no newsletter and no mailing list.
